Turn your Tuttio Soleil 01 into the bike that stands out when it matters most — when the light starts to fade. The Soleil Supplies Baja Style Dual-LED Headlight brings a race-inspired dual pod lighting setup to the front of your Tuttio, giving you serious LED output for low-light and nighttime riding paired with a bold, aggressive Baja-inspired aesthetic that makes the front of your bike look immediately more capable and purposeful.Choose Your OptionThis product is available in three configurations — select the one that fits what you need: Full Kit — Everything in the box: dual LED light pods, Baja-style mounting bracket, wiring harness, and 8 AA battery pack with Velcro mounting strips. The complete plug-and-play setup for riders starting from scratch. Baja Light Only — Just the dual LED light pods and wiring harness. Perfect if you already have a compatible bracket or want to source your own mount. Bracket Only — The Tuttio Soleil 01-specific Baja-style mounting bracket, sold separately. Ideal as a replacement or if you already own the lights. Bracket ColorThe mounting bracket is available in two finishes — choose the one that matches your build: Black — Matte black finish for a stealthy, blacked-out look Chrome — Polished chrome finish for a premium, high-contrast accent Note: Bracket color selection applies to the bracket included in the Full Kit, the standalone Bracket Only option, and is not applicable to the Baja Light Only configuration.Self-Powered DesignThe Full Kit runs on its own included 8 AA battery pack — no connection to your bike's electrical system required. The battery pack can be mounted behind the front plate using the included Velcro strips for a clean, hidden look. However, due to the weight of the battery pack, we strongly recommend also securing it to the frame with zip ties for a more stable and reliable installation, especially during off-road or high-vibration riding. No more cutting your sessions short because the sun is going down. With the Baja Headlight fitted, the trail is open whenever you decide you want to ride it.Features Dual high-output LED pods for strong, wide forward visibility at night Baja racing-inspired design — aggressive and purposeful at every angle Extends your riding window into dusk, dawn, and full nighttime conditions Mounts cleanly to the Tuttio Soleil 01 front end No permanent frame modification required Self-contained power (Full Kit) — includes 8 AA battery pack, no bike wiring needed Battery pack mounts behind the front plate via included Velcro strips; zip tie to frame recommended for added security Usage Notes Best used while riding: Airflow from riding helps keep the LED pods cool during operation. Heat caution: Extended use in stationary conditions will cause the lights to generate heat — do not touch the pods during or immediately after prolonged use. Battery pack weight: The 8 AA battery pack is heavier than it looks. While Velcro mounting behind the front plate is included, securing the pack to the frame with zip ties is strongly recommended to prevent shifting or detachment on rough terrain.

Keep your feet locked in and your ride locked down. The Soleil Supplies Foot Lock is a CNC-machined aluminum bracket-and-peg assembly that bolts directly into your existing peg mount points — no drilling, no fabrication. The swept arm positions a knurled grip peg at your heel, creating a natural foot stop that prevents your foot from sliding back during aggressive riding. More control, more confidence, every run. Compatible with the Tuttio Soleil 01 and Tuttio Soleil 01 SE. Available in chrome mirror polish or glossy black anodized with laser-engraved SOLEIL SUPPLIES branding. Each bracket is stamped L or R for foolproof installation. Buy one side or grab the pair. Specs Material: CNC machined aluminum Finish: Chrome (mirror polished) / Glossy Black (anodized) Compatibility: Tuttio Soleil 01, Tuttio Soleil 01 SE Mount: Bolt-on — uses existing peg mounting holes, no drilling required Peg: Knurled aluminum with black rubber end cap Side markings: L / R stamped on each bracket arm Installation Identify the correct side — each bracket is stamped L (Left) or R (Right). Match it to the side of the bike you're installing on. Remove existing hardware — take out the stock peg mounting bolt(s) from the desired side. Position the bracket — hold the foot lock bracket flat against the frame's peg mount and align all bolt holes. Thread in mounting bolts — start bolts by hand, then apply a drop of medium-strength thread locker (e.g. Loctite Blue 243). Torque to spec. Check the peg — the knurled grip peg is pre-threaded onto the bracket arm. Verify it's tight before riding. Confirm positioning — stand on the pegs in your normal riding stance. The arm should sweep downward and rearward behind your heel, creating a firm foot stop. Repeat for the other side if installing as a pair. ⚠️ Check hardware tightness after your first ride and re-torque if needed.

INSTALLATION & SETUP Power off your bike and remove the seat/battery cover to access the controller area Locate the throttle connection plug on your Tuttio controller (typically a 3-pin or 4-pin connector) Unplug your old throttle by gently pressing the connector tab and sliding it out Align the new Surron throttle connector with the controller port and push firmly until it clicks (internal watertight lip requires firm pressure to seat completely) Route the throttle cable through the handlebars using the factory cable routing (avoid sharp kinks) Tighten the throttle grip to your preferred tension (hand-tight, then 1/4 turn clockwise — do not over-tighten) If using LCD Display: Plug the display connector into the Y-cable; ensure the display powers on when you turn the bike key/NFC on Test the throttle at rest (display should show live data); then start the bike and confirm throttle response in all power modes If you get an error code (E08 or E10), see the FAQ section below for troubleshooting steps FAQ - CUSTOMER ANSWERED QUESTIONS Q: What does the E08 error code mean and how do I fix it?A: The E08 error code indicates a connection or communication issue between your throttle, adapter wire, and controller. This is typically caused by loose connections or brake sensor conflicts. To resolve it: Check all connector plugs and push them in firmly until fully seated — our connectors have an internal lip for a watertight seal that requires a firm push to click completely into place. Verify that no pins inside the connectors are bent or pushed back. Disconnect your brake sensors entirely and test the throttle, as brake sensors often conflict with the throttle during initial installation and trigger the E08 code. Make sure the display connector is pushed all the way in. If the issue persists after these steps, contact our support team for a replacement adapter wire or connector cable. Q: What does the E10 error code mean and how do I troubleshoot it?A: The E10 error code indicates a display communication failure, typically caused by loose connections or faulty wiring between the display and controller. Common symptoms include display not responding, speedometer/speed not showing, or modes changing but power/torque not changing. To troubleshoot: Unplug the display connector and firmly reconnect it, ensuring it’s fully seated. Inspect all pins in the connectors to ensure none are bent or pushed back. Check that all wiring connections between the throttle, display, and controller are secure. If you’ve completed these steps and the E10 error persists, the display may need replacement. Contact us with a video or photo showing the error, and we can provide warranty support. Q: My throttle is showing an error code — what should I do?A: Most throttle error codes are related to loose connections or display communication issues. First, try these universal troubleshooting steps: Power off your bike and wait 30 seconds. Check all connector plugs — unplug and firmly reconnect each one, pushing until you feel them click into place. Inspect the pins inside all connectors for any damage or corrosion. Ensure no brake sensors or other components are conflicting with your throttle installation. If the error code persists after these checks, please send us a short video or photo of your setup along with a description of the error code you’re seeing, and our support team will help diagnose the issue and provide a solution. Q: Are error codes covered by warranty?A: Yes! Error codes caused by manufacturing defects, faulty connectors, or defective components are covered under our warranty. If your throttle is displaying a persistent error code and our troubleshooting steps don’t resolve it, we’ll send you a replacement component at no cost (we cover shipping). Simply reach out to support with details about the error code and your order information, and we’ll get you sorted right away. Q: Will this work with my brake sensors?A: Yes — the Plug & Play throttle is fully compatible with Tuttio’s stock brake sensors. However, brake sensors can occasionally trigger E08 communication errors during initial installation if they’re not properly isolated or if there’s a loose connection. If you experience E08 errors after installation, try disconnecting your brake sensors temporarily to test; then reconnect them once you’ve confirmed the throttle is working. This rules out sensor conflicts and helps our support team diagnose the root cause if issues persist. Q: How do I know which variant to choose — Key Switch or NFC?A: Key Switch is the classic option: turn a mechanical key to power on the bike, just like a traditional motorcycle. NFC (Near Field Communication) is keyless and futuristic — tap your phone or a programmable card to the sensor to power on. Key Switch is more durable for trail use and weather; NFC is lighter and more convenient for daily riding. Both are fully weatherproof. Choose whichever fits your riding style.
